Very nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great location.
Breakfast was nice and sufficient, but sometimes there were a poor variety of foods. But overall everything was good.

The breakfast buffet was sufficient. It consisted of fruit juice, egg dishes, salmon and sausage, ham and various types of cheese as well as yoghurt and cereals. There was also jam and croissants. There was a coffee machine, which was free for every hotel guest the whole day.
Supplementing the buffet with croissants should also be possible on Sundays.

The design of the hotel is very appealing, the service at the reception was extremely nice, free coffee, tea, water etc over the day is a very nice service and the breakfast was very good at a very fair price!

Appreciated how gorgeous the property was and its exceptional staff with fabulous service by Vanessa and all the front desk staff. Particularly good setting for everything I could possibly need. There was a fabulous restaurant, shops and a bakery next door...
Views appeared to be pretty average.

It is near to metro station, easy to travel around Paris and free wifi service is good for customer to get in touch with family..
1. It is good if kettle and cup provided for customer use during the stay.. 2. transfer to airport booking should be given to oje group only, not share with other group even for thecsame destination..if one group late, it will affect the other group..

The inconsistent housekeeping services can leave you wondering if your room will be clean when you return!!! Lastly, the lack of decent Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms is frustrating!!!
